Wren Hayes is the principal of Building Block Commons, a PK-12 Charter School. Her undergraduate degree is in Public Policy of Education from William Smith, Master's Degree in Teaching from UNH, her post-graduate degree in School Administration from UNE and her post-graduate certification in Curriculum Design from University of Wisconsin support her natural leadership skills. 

Beth Osgood is a consulting teacher for the Center for Responsive Schools and an executive function coach working with a variety of students in the virtual setting. Prior to her work with CRS, Beth was an elementary educator for twenty-five years, teaching both second and third grades.

Megan Wright is a third grade teacher at Ashland Elementary School. She also serves as the chairperson of the school's Literacy Curriculum Committee and the Treasurer of the Ashland Teachers Association. She has teaching experience in both New Hampshire and Washington state.
